“We commissioned Ruth Hind to support our GP resident doctors with their communication skills to help with both consultation skills and patient engagement, and to help them pass consultation elements of the MRCGP exam. Ruth has also delivered her attuned communication skills training to other resident doctors in Wessex to support their progression in training.
We were able to gather evidence of improved success rates in passing exams after this support and all resident doctors responded that the process was positive for them.
I would be happy to work with Ruth again”
